my sister just turned 13 yesterday and she still doesnt hold her period. She really wishes it because she thinks it would sort her look more mature and responsible. What should i do? What should i report to her?

There is no passageway to make a length start sooner. Some are late some are hasty. 13 to 16 I believe is the time period where on earth most women start there's. Your sister will lately have to be tolerant. Besides having her extent won't make her more grow. If she wants to look more fully grown and responsible she would do better to start acting that way.

tell "your sister" that she cant purely wish her length upon herself. her period will get going when her body is ready for it, and nearby is nothing she can do to speed up the process.
