Sharp lower abdominal discomfort!?

For the past few days, I've be feeling a sharp backache in my lower stomach nouns...it feels approaching it's coming from the uterus. It's a constant thing but it's more sensitive at times than at others. It can't be menstrual cramps yet. Please abet! What could be wrong?

i have this problem too and they thought it was an std. but after approaching the 5th time testing me and me showing glum they gave up on aphorism std. the last doctor i go to said endometriosis. look it up and see about other possible symptoms
