I have never have cramps before while on my extent. So, I don't know what type of medicine would be best. What prescription do yall take that works hurriedly and relieves the pain?

Aleve works the best for me. When I be younger, my gyn prescribed naproxin sodium to me for my cramps, thry use to be horrible. It worked fine. That is the active ingredient in aleve.

Aleve other worked best for me - but people respond differently to a variety of medications. A hot sea bottle wrapped in a towel and placed on the lower belly also tends to tender relief. ibuprofen and paracetamol can be taken together safely and are exceedingly effective - especially if you embezzle them regularly for the couple of days you are in twinge. in the uk in attendance is also a brand drug called feminax which i own always found to be breakneck and effective.

If you are over 18..you can take Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin). That other works best for me.

If you are under 18, you should singular take Tylenol. (Kids and teens should not lug Ibuprofen because it's aspirin-like).

It is different for different women, and can regulation over time. Aspirin used to work the best for me, but then Tylenol, and most only just Ibuprofin. Mydol works best for some women, too.

To minimize cramps, though, go on a low sugar, increased protein diet for the 2 weeks prior to the expected start date of your spell, if you don't go on a low glycemic carb diet term.

The increased protein, and lower sugars, may help weaken your PMS as well as your cramps.

Different things work differently for different society but I always preferred Premsyn which not individual helped beside the cramps but also helped to stratum my nasty mood. I started taking them 3 days in the past I was going to start to acquire it built up in my system and after took them through the third day of my extent. I had unpromising cramps, upset stomach, diarrhea (first day only), headache and a bad attitude.
