Was it my period or a moment ago spotting?

a few days ago i had lantern brownish discharge, and some stomach pain, and later yesterday there be only a tiny bit and next today just resembling a pinpoint amount, but it was dark brown. my mom says it be probably spotting (i haven't had a spell yet, btw), but i dont know if after all of a sudden my extent will start (yes, i know carry a wad around =P) or if that was it.

if anyone have any idea more or less this or any experience i would like to know :-D

Sometimes if a girl have their first period it can be terribly light. It could be your extent, but not necessarily. Keep carrying that pad around and you should know inside 5 weeks tops anyway..

It is extremely likely that you will gain your period soon. I remember similar things occurring to me when I got my extent for the first time. Be sure to carry that wad around and good luck!
