If I had cevical cancer but it be just unbelievably small and I stoped all sexual activity would it heel its self?

NOOOOOO! Cancer does not heal itself. And it's not cause by just sex, it's a virus transmitted through sex, so simply quitting having sex does not acquire rid of the virus.
