How to put on weight surrounded by a healthy process?
Hi,
I am 26, my weight is 45, height above sea level 5.1 inches
I eat fruits and slimy food but it doesnt help me, can anyone guide me.
Its really sick to be so slim.

likelihood are you may have a highly high metabolism. if this is the suitcase you will need to increase the sum of food you consume each afternoon. include plenty of carbohydrates like breads, pasta, rice, potatoes etc. if you find it difficult to guzzle a lot, try supplementing near a good standard weight gainer.
try not to guzzle too much oily food. although this will increase your intake of calories, you will probably be prevailing yourself to early heart disease.
i would suggest seeing your doctor for some test, or seeing a nutritionist/dietitian.
