It's from the sudden surge of hormones, much approaching early pregnancy. Best to thieve some Midol or Tylenol extra-strength and eat several small meal a day instead of considerable ones. If you take ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, etc.) it might create you more nauseous. Hope you have a feeling better.your body just go through getting ready to own a baby. presently its not. thats alot of hormones and things. if you are on birth control, yur body thinks its already pregnant that`s why it cannot get pregnant. when you stop for one week to own your period. your body is going through what it would if it lost a babe. you didnt. but yur body thinks it did. i.e. a huge hormone drop. your body feels it and doesnt approaching it is all. the lone thing that have ever worked for me is extra strenghth pamprin. it takes away bloating nausia cramps backpain ! everything! beside no side effects! with me or anyone i know anyways. i hope this be wsome good information to use. try to hold an ok day. im contained by the same boat as you today and powerfully cant get to the store to win my pamprin!! lol. raspbarry leaves in a cup with hot hose down and some honey eases cramps also. easily. so does clover. clover has untaught estrogen in it. pinch care.
