Girls only: Should I dance to the emergency room?

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I started feeling dizzy and hot around 30 minutes ago so I went to lay down. Then I get up 20 minutes later to walk to the bathroom and there be tons of blood but it was coming from my rectum, but my stomach is really hurting me. Plus I narrowly ate today. My doctor said it could just be hemmoroids but it could be worse, so its my beckon. Do you think I should stir to the E.R.?

Here is my advice so that you don't enjoy to suffer as much:

1. Instantly start using a stool softener (one w/breakfast and one w/dinner) if you are not already using one.
2. Drink tons of water! I very soon drink 90-120oz a day. Also, increase your fiber intake.
3. If your OB doesn't give a hand you (as mine didn't give me ANY support when I got the thrombosed hemorrhoid bar to send me to a surgeon), you may want to want out and change to a different OB who will donate you some guidance.
4. You have to be your own medical advisor. Who care if you have be with one and the same physician for 10 years. If that physician is not helping you, look for one who will. Do what is right for you. Also, don't be worried or scared to advertiser for yourself and tell your doctors how you are passion.
5. Rectal surgery is something that should be done only if completely crucial (try to avoid it at ALL costs). If necessary label sure you know the pros and cons for your particular surgery. (FYI: Hemorrhoid surgery take much longer to heal from than ANY surgeon will give an account you.)
6. Also, rectal surgery should be done at a completely separate time from being pregnant or deliver a child. Wait until at least after your 6 week checkup. Let your body restore to health from the birth of your child before you consider have ANY surgery.
7. If you must have surgery, aim out a qualified, board-certified colorectal doctor (not a general surgeon) especially one to be exact recommended to you by a friend or a nurse.
8. Do not take recommendation of doctors from other doctors.
9. See what measures your colorectal doctor suggests to heal your hemorrhoids or fissure as he/she should own some non-surgery related(conservative)ones that may be able to oblige you.
10. If the doctors only suggestion is to do surgery, desire out a 2nd, 3rd, etc. opinion. Do your homework! Look up any surgery on the internet to grasp a complete understanding of what is involved. There are profusely of very favourable sites if you type in "hemorrhoid" or " anal fissure" on a turn out engine.
11. I am going to repeat myself again - Avoid doing ANY type of rectal surgery if at all possible!

You may be dizzy and own a stomache ache because you haven't eaten, and you might be bleeding b/c of hemroids but when you've get an unborn baby surrounded by that belly, you want to protect it as much as you can.go ahead and walk to the ER, just to be locked.
