Help...please?
Um...I got my first time of year on Monday (June 11th) and me & my friends are planning on going to the pool on Friday (June 15th). Is there anyway I can run to the pool without using a tampon? Because I don't know how to work one...if near's anyway somebody explain on how to use one and put it in...can I get some back (maybe a video)? Do you think my extent will stop/slow down by Friday? Please help me!!

As for as the unbroken period and pool entity, I would not recommend going without using a tampon only in casing your period's not over. As far as tampon's budge, they are actually effortless if you get the right one. I would suggest Tampax Gentle slide or anything that have a round tip. There are directions inside the box if you need them. The most big thing is when you put surrounded by a tampon, you need to relax, it make it easier. When using it, it goes into the hole that you bleed out of. Slide it in until your fingers touch the outside of the together, then push the tampon inside and the plastic applicator comes out. What's gone is just a string to verbs it out. It may take you a couple of tries the first time but it does bring easier. Since it's your first period, it may later that long, it may not. I would use one just to be on the not detrimental side. Hope this helps!
Don't verbs. . . in the box nearby is an instruction paper that transmit you how to insert a tampon. . . . it's very simple. . . . . or you can ask your mom if you want she could speak about you. . . and wearing a tampon is a good view. . . . don't wear a pad ok ;)

Maybe try getting the teen started kit by Tampax? Otherwise I will try to explain it. A tampon have an applicator, either a cardboard or plastic outter covering. The applicator have 2 parts, a top one and a bottom one. The bottom one just slides into the top one pushing the tampon inside of you. You freshly insert the applicator inside of you, make sure the total upper chunk of the applicator is in, afterwards you just push the bottom division of the applicator up until its completely inside of the top applicator part. read the directions in the tampon box or ask your mom to aid or you can go to tampax or anyother tampon websites and they hold directions.since you just started it would be unlikely for it to finish friday but it might good luck!

I understand that you do not want to use tampons (especially because you simply started your period) but there are teen tampons which are made for folks whose bodies are not fully developed; therefore, they are easier to insert. If you budge into the pool, the water will temporarily stop your term, but it is not good for you. When you come out of the sea, it will be very thickset and painful.
