I am 4 foot 9 inches and I weigh 96 pounds. I went on a website to multiply my Body Mass Index, and it said I may be overweight. I love playing soccer and I have friends that are my age, plane and weigh 65 (or so they say). I want top rid of my belly fat if it is important. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! Tell me if this is a normal and athletic weight reach for an eleven year old girl who is 4 ft. 9 contained by. and 95 pounds! PLEASE HELP ME!!

to be precise absolutely a conventional weight..i dont know which bmi calculator you used, but i a short time ago calculated it for you again and your bmi is around 20..thats on the LOW end of a forceful weight. youre 9...in that is no reason whatsoever for you the be worrying something like your weight. plus, bmi calculators do NOT purloin into account the certainty that youre athletic, and muscle weighs like mad more than fat...the more muscular you are, the complex your body weight will be. and thats virtuous. weight is only a number, and cant always be trusted to demonstrate ones even of fitness nor health. please..never verbs about such things. k?

1st of adjectives those sites are not always right, b/c muscle weigh more than fat, and you said you play soccor so you get muscle whether it shows or not. and im not sure if that is "normal" or not, but every1 is different and it also depends on your inheritance and skeletal build, so dont freak. and if you are really concerned just try to put away good foods and work out(just to tone muscles, probably dont wanna look similar to arnold) but if u do decide to lose substance do both of those things and dont starve urself b/c that really doesnt help u, and dont skip meal b/c if u do the body will think it is adjectives and will store any food u eat as podgy...causeing u to gain weight.. i hope i own helped!

second of all, you're solely 11 years old...you're not even a pubescent yet--you shouldn't be worried about your solidity. there are little girls out nearby who are on diets and it completely boggles my mind! you are too young to be concerned just about your weight...relish your childhood :)

I think that that's a reliable weight. I'm 13 right immediately and I'm 5'2 and i weigh 105lb and I'm not saying that I'm extremely skinny or anything, but i would much fairly be nice and plump (in the butt and chest area)(i know you probably dont care give or take a few that right now! but you probably will, lately saying!) than be skinny next to nothing at adjectives. trust me. You will start growing into yourself sooner or later and you will be glad.

and your friends. they are most plausible NOT 65 pounds. By 5th grade i be about 72 pounds and i be the skinniest in the class. And i even sometimes said i was around 65 pounds.
