TRAM Flap and shipment loss?
Five years ago my sister had a TRAM Flap and since that time she have gained a considerable amount of substance. She is actively on a weight loss program very soon, and she is wondering about her TRAM Flap and breast size considering that it is (from my understanding) belly tubby...so...will she lose a "boob" (The TRAM Flap one of course) in the process?

When they do the TRAM flap, the simply pull the muscle up. So it's not necessarily solid, moreso muscle. In which case, no she won't lose the boob.
