Ever since teenage time I own been battleing next to weight, or I'm skinny or a I'm obese, it is a serious problem, I can never be steady in absolute weight, I am contained by therapy right very soon to find a balance, and I quality hopeless, right now I am up and it will come the time that my body will read out: ok, time to go down, and it is fustrating, anybody, mannish or female beside same problem?

Another thing is you should guzzle a balanced and nutritous diet. Devide your meal up. So eat partly of your breakfast and wait a few hours and put away the other half. Same near lunch and dinner. By consuming the same amount of calories throughout the time, but deviding it up into frequent but smaller meals, you "Trick" your body into thinking that food is pleantiful and it wont store extra calories as butter.

The trick is to use good judgement on what you munch through and when you eat it so that you consume like peas in a pod amount of calories with 6 meal that you would have beside three.

Anyone ever have a uterus twitch or flutter (for going on for three days)?

We tend to go up & down surrounded by our weight & nearby are different variables affecting this, hormones, water retention, stress, etc. It's angelic you're in treatment working on your concerns to get aft why it's happening to you @ the rate it does. It would be virtuous to focus on what & how you eat. It's correct to eliminate adjectives white stuff (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods), devour organic when you can from adjectives food groups. It's good to munch through several meals throughout the hours of daylight, so your body won't go into starvation mode, thus holding on to your immensity.
We are hunter gathers, so when you get through make it a complete dinnertime (protein, grain & veggies). I would also start an exercise program, something you relish doing & you know you will maintain (running, swimming, yoga, dance etc.) & stay hydrated, drink lots of water. :)
