I finished period lately over a week ago..?

it was awfully very hurricane lantern, like i couldnt wear a tampon...only a panty liner and there be hardly blood on that merely when i wiped really. Now i freshly went pee and wipe clear discharge and when i wiped again it be pink blood.
What could this be? I am 20, usally my period is ordinary.(heavy first 2 days then slows down through out the week.) ...and other around the same time of the month.. I am not itchy, dosnt hurt when i pee, no cramps or anything..
Can something be wrong near me?
