Loose baby shipment.?
I had a c-section and it be 18mo ago. I still cannot loose my baby bulk, i have cut down to a 1500 cal diet and do the eliptical everyday. I also do turbo conserve. can anyone help me out here?

I had two Csections, 21 months apart. If you are truly consistent near the cardio, then the subsequent step is strength training. If u find this answer please tolerate me know...Its really hard to loose the infant fat...When I have my 1st baby, I didnt start loosing weightiness til she turned 1...I done everything...Diets, eating hygienic, exercise and all..I never get back to my oringinal substance,but I got really close...After you enjoy kids it changes ur body..I indicate ur butt, thighs, and all change...Its hard to obtain back to ur shape...Had my 2nd little one a year ago and Im still working on loosing my weight again..This time its harder..My doctor told me the 2nd infant is always the hardest to loose the counterweight and hes right...Im on a 1,000 ca diet and exercise and drink plenty of water...Its slowly coming past its sell-by date,but its going to take awhile...It make my sick when I see other females who have have babys and then a few weeks they look better than they did up to that time they got pregnant...
I read your problem all to economically. I had my 2nd child at 32 years weak and have not be able to drop the weightiness. I have walk, cut back to almost nought to eat and lots of wet. Now, I walking around weighing what I weigh at 9 months pregnant. It is very to unyielding to deal next to for me. I wish you luck. Just know you are not alone. I am looking for a method to jump start a diet so I do not discern so defeated. I am going to try to start walking each time again. Again, good luck and delight in that new infant.
