Can anyone advice what to run for mentrual migrane & cramps?
I try almost everthing... Advil, Tylenol, Midol, Motrin. I even take 3 at a time and train up having similar to 9 a day and I realize that's not angelic for my livers..

I've had equal problem for a long time. I was taking wayyy to masses pain relievers. I took 3 Aleeve at a time a couple times a daytime, when you're only supposed to bring 4 in 24 hours, and you're right, adjectives of this medication is not good for your liver. For the cramps, I go to a GYN and she put me on birth control, now my cramps enjoy significantly decreased and I simply have a term that lasts 5 days instead of 10. We also thought this could beside the migranes I was getting near my period. I'm also seeing a neurologist. Currently, she have me on nortriptyline, a daily preventative migrane medication beacuse I be getting to many of them and she also have me on Imitrex, an abortive medication that stop the migrane when it starts. We haven't found a combination of medication that has help me yet. We're also discussing the possibility of switching me to the birth control pill that allows you to singular have 4 period of year. The theory is smaller amount periods = smaller number migranes. I hope this helped you, accurate luck!

talk to your doctor in the order of possibly getting a perscription pain slaughterer. I had to gain pain killer from my doctor because my cramps were so impossible. I ended up surrounded by the ER once for the pain...not trying to panic you, but mine got that impossible. I'm now on a low dose birth control pill to lend a hand regulat emy cycle and to help near the cramps. Talk to your doctor.
