do breasts normally develop in the past or after your period
and im 15 and havnt gotten my periods all the same and am pretty flat

They usually develop before you start. I get my first period at 14 and breasts at 15. you will procure your period when your body is organized. Don't worry. Talk to your mom roughly when she started her period and when she developed breasts. Good luck.

Usually both happen inside a fairly short time of one another. If you are otherwise respectable I would not worry too much. But no mar in asking your Doc if it make you feel better.
