throw them out...I assume you are talking roughly speaking a sanitary pad? I ususally only wrap it up in some toilet article and toss it in the trash can, since it is knotty to save the inventive wrapper. If you're in a public place, it's nice to brand name sure you can't see the blood on it, that kinda grosses people out lol. If you're at home, you can merely roll it up and throw it in the can too.
