I have be cramping really bad and have a feeling like i own tons of gas and feel approaching my stomach is going to growl ,p
pain in my upper stomach it kind of touch like contractions. end in i start to cramp up and it goes to my lower spinal column i know im not pregnant cause i checked .. so what can it be . i even tried letting nouns out . but i couldnt. has anyone else gone through this..

been there!! for me it turned out to be irritable bowels. keep watch on closely what you are eating, and the effects it have on your stomach. i was sensitive to milk, so i purely drink it in moderation and that helps. if you are really unsure, hold your doctor check!!for the gas, you can get simethicone to aid with the gas (gas x, oval). you can receive them at any pharmacy or department stores (by the acid relief).
