My body's shaped like an apple, which ability I tend to store all body corpulent in my upper body, right around my stomach. I really don't similar to how I look. I need someone to sustain me. Does any one know what I can do to reshape my body. Please help I want answers that would help me! I don't want to look similar to an apple anymore, I want to wear tight clothes and be confident of how my body looks. I cannot affort a gym or surgery, so try to help me near things I can do in my own hose PLEASEEEEE!!!!!

Go see a dietitian, ask him/her to prescribe low cal high nutritious diet. Go for jog. The idea is to put smaller amount calories inside your body than what you are going to burn up.
