There is a such thing as "break through bleeding". Do you hold your BC pills at the same time every sunshine? If so, if your period(s) are extremely painful and chunky, you can bleed that way from fibroids, or cysts. But mention it to your doctor.
It take a couple of months for your body to regulate on the pill however, if you had unprotected sex and you near's a possibility of pregnancy- see a doctor.

It takes several months for your length to regulate while on the pill. I have be on the pill for 3 years, and a few months ago i experienced break through bleeding. I talked to my Dr roughly speaking it, and he said that if it happened two or three more times that he would consider shifting my prescription, but it is still considered normal. If it happen several months in a row you may want to contact your doctor so that you can generate sure you are getting the right dosage. But, i don't think you hold anything to worry in the order of. This is normal, especially since you own only be on it for two weeks. I hope this helps!
