What causes burning ,smoking pains that run down my lower subsidise and legs?
I been dealing w/ these sun burn approaching pains on my lower back and outer sides of the thighs and legs on and sour for 2 years now.

After I gave birth to respectively of my children I had sickening sciatic nerve torment because it would get pinched by my pelvic bones going put a bet on into normal position. Men catch this too, just not for like peas in a pod reasons, definitely!
When the sciatic nerve get pinched, it causes severe lower stern pain that radiate out in jab episodes from the lower back running down the legs. Horrible backache! Muscle spasms can cause the dull pain also. I have to put in the picture you that there are also pretty a few people walking around near bulging disks in their backs. These disks are the cushions between the vertabrae contained by your backbone. When they burst or rupture, you are in alot of dull pain and trouble!
Go to your family doctor because he can prescribe some really advantageous pharmaceutical and other types of therapy for you. Sometimes surgery is needed.

A pinched nerve within your back. There are a few stretching exercise you can do twice a morning that will help immensely. You might want to see a physical therapits for 2 or 3 weeks. Your doctor can arrange it.
You own a pinched nerve contained by your lower back,any at L4 or L5 on your spine.. I know cause i still hold it after 15 yrs..Plus i use to be a nurse tech..
