Why is it that everytime I work out on a consistent basis I perceive sick? I get seasick and even tired at times

just work through it and it will miss. your body has to procure used to it
any time your body revolts its because its not getting what it needs to operate ... my recomend is fresh fruit as much as you possibly can devour everyday!

Sounds like your blood/sugar level drop too low during strenuous workouts...you may be hypoglycemic (low glucose). This can be as dangerous as hyperglycemia, so alert your doctor, and to alleviate symptoms, drink ginger juice or drink a piece of candy to raise the level
