pad dont work for me because they leak too much!!
i own tried tampons but i cant get them contained by all the means of access and then it hurts!! lend a hand!!

take your time... estimate about something else, such as reading a book or watching tv (that's what I did). Try for a moment bit of vaseline or baby grease... it just take practice but take your time. Also, mine used to obtain stuck near the extremity of my period, so I would avoid them if your flow is frothy. They probably hurt because they are not in glorious enough.... you should not be capable of feel it if it's contained by correctly.

Before u put it surrounded by u must be relax. Open ur legs wide unfold and put it in slowly.

wash your hand, relax your muscles, push the tampon up, once it is up, push the applicator up.You wont even feel it! if you do have a feeling it, it could either be crooked or it may not be within far enough.you can clutch it out and start over with a investigational tampon.Good luck!

OK, this sounds silly but, start by reading the instructions on the paper insert inside the tampon box.

Basically: hold the little grip amongst the applicator and insert the top half of the applicator (up to the grip) into the vagina (at a bit of an angle towards your back). Then, still holding the middle of the applicator, press the lower partly of the applicator into the upper half.

Then, verbs out the applicator leaving the string aft. Some people find the plastic applicators easier to insert.

I'm an A-cup but I enjoy stretch marks lots of stretch grades on my boobs, why!? lol?
