I've read somewhere on the internet that between ur 14-18 days when ovulation happens, that is to say affects your mood just similar to ur period does. Is that true? coz i guess this is whats stirring to me :|

about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks back my period my mood change drastically, i believe i may have pmdd. a more severe form of pms, i capture very angry, i throw stuff, i right to be heard mean and hurtful things to my husband and kids, i draw from depressed, its awful. but when my period comes on inwardly a couple of days i'm back to commonplace. maybe you own pmdd to.(premenstrual dysphoric disorder). i hope this helps.
