push upsI have alike problem, but the first thing you involve to do before making tone is gain rid of the flab. You can do this by running and swinging your arms (or walking) using the eliptical machine that have the arm exercisers, you can use the rowing machine (excellent for arms ) Just simply using your arms ... you must lose the stout first, because if you simply start lifting weights in yor arms than you'll be making the fat muscle..which would look wierd :)
stretch your arms out resembling a plane taking off and afterwards roll your wrist in circle motion do this everyday as much as you can almost a hundred at a time and you'll see in a little the drastic change i did i know what what they look close to i got rd bad mine that way
