If the aim you are having a d&c is because of cloying or prolonged bleeding than it should lessen the bleeding and it will stop within a few days. If it is for a miscarriage it will lift about a week to 10 days to stop.

not forever...you might have some bleeding for a bit, but afterwards you should have your regular spell the next month or the one after, depending when the d&c be in your commonplace cycle.

Basically, yes - a D&C involves scraping the inside inside layer of your uterus (which is what's being shed during your period). I have a problematic period once that wouldn't stop, they did a D&C - I I don`t know had spotting overnite - but that be it, that period be ended beside the procedure. It does not mean that you will shutting down all adjectives periods, only the current one.
