sometimes a week earlier, sometimes during. it differs for everyone. it can sometimes be all three! my friend and i capture moody the week before, but unlike me, she get major cramps during it.
Usually a few days past. Thats how I know its coming.

before thats why they call it PREI bring back it one week before, I grasp a really angry feeling for around a day. And if I drink? woow examine out! pms stinks. But I'm not sure if it's during or after ovulation. If it's after, that would explain the angry feeling.

Always past your period. Otherwise, it is NOT PMS.It can happen in the past,and sometimes during ...some women do not get PMS, but its possible, and adjectives to have PMS since or during you period.
