If you have your ovaries, but you don't have a uterus, what happens to the eggs that the ovary releases? My
sister doesn't have uterus, but she say she still feels adjectives the symptoms of ovulating and getting her period, even though she doesn't bleed.

Even if you had a uterus, the eggs would still be wash out during menstration unless fertilized by sperm. Without a uterus, fertilization can occur, but the zygote will not attach to anything, because the uterus is gone.
