I am experiencing symptoms of candida. Ive never had it beforehand so im not 100% sure. IS it safe for me to try out some medication minus consulting my doctor

If you have never have it before I would suggest that you move about into the dr and have it checked out. This happen to me one time and come find out I had an infection, other consequently yeast..
go to the doctor. some otc's don't work for everyone. eat some yogurt and budge to the health food store.
