Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) or Not? Can it go away on its own?

Here the deal... I own mild burning at the end of peeing, similar to the last little bit, and it last a short time following peeing. My stream does give the impression of being to be kind of undersized. A couple of time when I pee it smells really funny - not like pee. But none of these begin everytime I go. I don't consistency like I hold to pee a lot. My bladder does get the impression a little funny after I pee, but go back to regular within a few minutes. I get some of the Azo UTI test strips at Rite Aid I did the oral exam and it came rear legs postive for WBC (white blood cells) and Nitrite. I have have bladder infections in the past that merely make you miserable, but this one is different. Any suggestions on what this could be or if I should see a doc? Has any one have a UTI go away on it own?

i thought i have a UTI and i went to the doctor ultimate friday.. he put me on antibotics for the weekend and ran urine trial... when i called on monday, it come back distrustful.. so he said it may have be a uretha infection, but since it is so small its not tested for.. a weekend's worth of antibiotics helped though.

go to the doc...sounds like a uti. i've have them and NO they won't go away on their own. return with some antibiotics and it will clear up. if you don't it will get worse and aching will come much stronger

Maybe that's UTI. you should see a doctor so he can prescribe the proper antibiotic. it will not walk away on its own since it's a bacterial infection.
