How should i go about putting a tampon on?

iv never used a tampon and i feel incredibly child like because of this, i other use a pad. im 16 and dont address to my mum about this type of stuff and i would die of shame asking my friends. please give a hand!

you should keep on about 3 years after starting your interval to use these... inside the box are full instructions with pictures etc - its graceful! i recommend getting applicator ones for the first time - they're easier.

In every box there is an instruction booklet. Get a plastic applicator. I prefer tampax pearls. The best thing you can do is to relax, because if you constricted, the muscles in your vagina strung out up aswell, which makes it almost impossible to put contained by. So take your time. I usually lie back down on the floor with a wall mirror contrary me, my legs wide unambiguous as this makes it easier to insert. But you could try putting one leg on the toilet or the crest of the bath and doing it that style. But the secret is relaxation, otherwise it'll be almost impossible to insert!!

I didn't ask my mom or anything, There are instructions in the box that inform you step by step how to use them, beleive me, once you start you will never go put money on to pads.
