You don't inhale those right? Because you aren't supposed to inhale cigar smoke, newly supposed to take it contained by and savor it. My husband smokes one now and again. You still hold risks of getting mouth/throat cancer but I think the risks are lower than that of cigarettes because you in actual fact inhale the smoke from those.

Cigar still smoking and it is spoil to the body,if you inhale or not is the same.
If you inhale you spoil your lungs,if not you verbs your teeth ,gum and maybe you will be have cancer in the mouth.
