As far as my other advice go.. I have problems close to that too. I don't drink enough sea ( bad me ), and I hold PCOS ( Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ) so I'm on lots of pills. What I have found that help Lube. wise is Foreplay's GelPlus. I try to avoid aromatic stuff because I'm an allergic person and this stuff is wet based to it wash off glib. Works like a dream. :)
