Answers:
when i first saw the question i thought "hot water bottle on your tummy!" but that obviously wouldn't be the best! i'm assuming this is more nonspecific discomfort then period pain, right? drink plenty of cool dampen and juice, drench a face cloth in cold river (or wrap around ice cubes) and put this on your wrists or the back of your neck. This should serve cool you down.
Eat some chocolate and take painkillers to deal with any other spasm!
Sometime when I'm on interval I tend to get hot too.I think I would take a cool hip bath or shower then go and sit near an nouns conditioner for a little while. Wear light comfortable clothing and drink lots of cold drinks. Maybe take an asprin since its specified to reduce feveralthough you don't actually have one it still might sustain your body cool down.
