I drink about 7-10 24oz Dasani river bottles a day
Dont tell me this isnt healthy, ive be eating like this
for 2years and my doctor is perfectly ok near it

When walking/running on the elliptical, it's tough to maintain up the same pace for a long period of time, especialadjectiveswhen you start getting tired. I'd have to say that the stairmaster is a better choice, since it definitely works out those body parts.
Also, at a gym, you could freshly ask a personal trainer or somebody working at a desk. It's their job to help you, so take ascendancy of it :D
