Whenever my wife and I have sex she experiences very intense twinge inside her near her stomach. The pain doen't start until the highly end or right after. It is sometimes worse than others but is always within. She says it feels close to menstral cramping. I have looked all over the network and have found nothing. She is not pregnant, she doesn't own any kind of infection and her female exams other come back normal. Any accepted wisdom or suggestions?

PS: The size of your penis or how you have sex would not casue period-like cramping. Endometriosis would.And yes, phenomenal cells would be found in a pap spear. The one and only thing that wouldn't be found is HIV and Herpes. But those are like exceedingly unlikely causes.

Endometriosis is not something the doc would normally look for unless she go in and asks specifically about it. Normally, if they suspect she does hold it, they;ll try to put her on The Pill. If she wants a definitive diagnosis, she;ll have to enjoy a laparascopic surgery (it's not too bad).

Maybe you have an extremely large penis, and she might be average within depth in her vagina. Just like adjectives penises come in different shapes & sizes so do vagina's. In the heat of love making, and rough sex one is competent to withstand pain much better because pleasure/ pain progress hand in foot. So of course one would not feel the soreness or dull pain until after. Soreness is expected but pain such as menstral cramping Im not to sure of.
