I always here warnings around men growing boobs from taking estrogen (Like Robert Paulson from Fight Club!). so why dont women use it instead of surgery?

Because it doesn't work like that, and estrogen has denial side effects (like menstrual problems, moodiness and increased chance of osteoporosis and cancer...to name a few!)

Some women would experience breast escalation from estrogen (just like some women experience this with birth control) but it wouldn't even work for some women. It stimulates breasts nouns in men because they don't have any breasts to fire up with. Not so with women.
