When I am in the region of to start my interval, I really crave saline things. What are some alternatives for this?

When I'm about to start my period, I start craving spicy foods such as potato chips. What are some alternatives I can eat so that I don't end up consuming so plentiful carbohydrates?

Answers:    Your body is probably craving the sodium because it's deficient in it. Maybe try ingestion natural forms of sodium, such as fish, beets, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc..
Try pickles because they hold that salty taste and they are single 5 calories !! Baked chips.
They are so good and they arent that fattening at all.
