So, in a nut shell I have no impression what douching is. By the way, I'm a girl. I know douching has to do next to water... Is this something I should be doing to stay clean, or is it something ancestors only do after sex, or is it simply just for pleasure? I'm particularly very confused. I'm a virgin and I have no interest contained by doing anything just for sexual pleasure, but if this is something women do for health reason then I want to be aware.

no no no ancestors do it just to try to be clean but they are in actuality more harmful to u then apposite dont do it just take showers and stay verbs that way they are like little tubes of river and something else with a nozel on it that u put inside of u and squeeze which makes that wet and stuff come out but thats it. good luck
