What excercise give you flat abs?

Please dont say crunches...I can't do those

Answers:    any time you want to tone a part of your body, you other want to do low weight and high reps (whereas if you want to build muscle, you want to do elevated weight and low reps).

so, the best way to tone your abs specifically is to do "bicycles." it's not moderately a crunch, but it does work the best. do them slow and controlled, not super fast.

this video should help you out (you DON'T have need of to use a weight like she does. do not hold your chief up with your hands! you want to scarcely touch the sides of your head with them):

start out small! try to jump for 30 seconds without stopping. when that's unforced, go to 1 minute without stopping. it will appropriate awhile, but just keep building up beside small steps!

good luck!.
I don't think you are asking for "flat abs" instead I contemplate you want a "flat stomach." Yes you can do crunches if you want to tighten your stomach muscles, but I think what you want to do if get rid of the stout around your stomach. For this, you have to do all around solid burning exercises like jogging, running, hop ropes, fast walking, bascially anything that will get your heart rate hammering fast. You can dance or do jump jacks---basically you just need to find your heart rate beating fast for a time interval of 30 minutes without stopping. This will make your body burn your chubby around your thighs, stomach, arms, etc. I reccommend doing a 30 minute hard workout 3 times a week for you to see the fat burn up.

Remember, munch through healthy too. .
Hello,

Did you know that the vast majority of family in this day and age enjoy excess abdominal fat? The first thing that most inhabitants think of is that their extra abdominal fat is simply monstrous, is covering up their abs from being visible, and make them self conscious about showing off their body.

However, what most individuals don't realize is that excess abdominal fat in selective, is not only ugly, but is also a precarious risk factor to your health. Scientific research has clearly demonstrated that although it is seedy in general to own excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dicey to have excess abdominal fat.

There are two types of obese that you have in your abdominal nouns. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is call subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

The second type of rotund that you have in your abdominal nouns is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper surrounded by the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role within giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their tummy protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of unyielding if you push on it.

Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat within the abdominal area are serious health risk factor, but science has shown that having excessive visceral round is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. Both of them greatly increase the risk your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, glorious blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases.

Part of the reason visceral flabby is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent reason.

If you care about the standard of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities! There's in recent times no way around it. Besides, a side-effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive dreadful abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach heavy, you will be able to visibly see those sexy six pack abs that everyone wants.

So what get rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there certainly a REAL solution beyond all of the gimmicks and hype that you see contained by ads and on commercials for "miracle" fat loss products?

The first piece you must understand is that there is without doubt NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal lubricant faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal obese either. You can't spot reduce your stomach obese by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn't work that way.

The ONLY solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and hold on to it off for good is to combine a nouns nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the basic hormonal and metabolic response within your body. Both your food intake as well as your training program are earth-shattering if you are to get this right.

I've actually even see a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups contained by this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

Now the impressive thing to realize is that just any outdated exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively adequate to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this everyday at the gym.

Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw within a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away near some crunches and side bends, and think that they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal oil. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong.

Well, the moral news is that I've spent over a decade researching this topic, analyzing the science, and applying it "in the trenches" beside myself as well as thousands of my clients from all over the world to see what works to really stimulate abdominal oil loss.

The entire solution... all of the nutritional strategies, as well as training sequences, exercise combinations, and more own all been compiled contained by my Truth About Six Pack Abs Program.

Keep in mind that the point of this whole program is NOT abdominal exercises (that is solely a very small portion of it). The main point of this program is showing you the out-and-out most effective strategies for losing your stubborn abdominal fat, so you can procure rid of that dangerous health risk, as powerfully as get a flatter more defined midsection.

If you follow the guidelines, you WILL lose your belly fat that have been plaguing you for years. This is not guesswork... it is a proven system that works time and time again for all of my clients on every corner of the sphere that actually apply the information I teach. If you apply it, the results will come. It's really that simple.

The lone reason most people fall short in their fitness goals is that they enjoy good intentions at first to adopt a new lifestyle, even so after a few weeks or months, they abandon their good intentions and slip right pay for into their old bad customs that gave them the excess body fat contained by the first place.

I want to help you succeed in finally getting rid of that extra abdominal podgy that is not only UGLY, but also DANGEROUS.

Don't squander another day allowing that nasty abdominal podgy to kill your confidence as well as contribute to your risk for MAJOR diseases.

David is wrong. Dont worry. THere is a huge misconception on crunches. They are really a waste of time. They are with the sole purpose affective if you do cardio as well. I just run. That is it. I don't do ANY crunches and my stomach get flat and still is to this day all because I run. Run 30 minutes a time 4 times a week, you will be thrilled with the results! Good luck :) Sorry, sit-ups work directly on that area.

But in attendance are several kinds... legs straight, knees bent, etc. If you can't do one, another might work.
