I am 13 and have gotten my period roughly speaking 7 times since Jan this year, only one skip, and this past time, my flow be super heavy and i really want to give tampons a try. merely one problem, i am scared! i am totally not familiar beside that area, and i dont even know where to insert the tampon. Could i enjoy a little help. (dont close-fisted to be weird but details please?)

I was that course too (totally unfamiliar with that area) but I read the direction on the tampons and relaxed. It kinda merely found it's way in. If it doesn't work near just sitting down on the toilet stand up and put one foot on the toilet seat and try inserting it that process. Try reading the pamphlet inside the box. I feel it is easy when you begin your legs lean forward a little and insert it. You will get the droop of it!! Good luck.
