If you're wearing panty liners, don't wear the kind beside plastic backing. Just like wearing non cotton panties, it won't breathe. Carefree make breathable ones, but you still shouldn't wear them constantly.
Try not wearing undies when you go to sleep. My old roommate's mom said, "You should permit everything air out at night." So I took her proposal and I haven't had any problems since!
Not sure if you're using body wash, but you could try using a mild soap close to Dove, it's not overly scented and I have super sensitive skin and that's what I use.
You can also try taking a hip bath as well. Sitting down gets the marine into some nooks and cranies you might otherwise be missing while showering.
Lastly, you can try baby powder to assist absorb some of the sweat.
