I have been on the pill for over a year very soon and in the past year I own only had my extent about 3 times. I hate have a period so I skip it as much as I can. Is this bad for me? I've researched a couple of websites and they adjectives said different things but none said that it can do any damage or that its bad for me.

No, it is not impossible to skip periods. The bleeding you get while taking the pill is not a physical period anyway. It is what's called a deduction bleed, and occurs for different reasons to a unprocessed period.

And having so oodles periods throughout your life is unnatural. The feminine body is designed to get pregnant (no periods), then breastfeed (again, no periods), later get pregnant again, etc. until menopause (yay, no periods).

So, I say, skip those period to your heart's content!

I talked to my Dr. about that. She said it be fine but she suggested that I have 2 or 3 a year. She also suggested that I stop doing it for about a year back I try to get pregnant to ensure everythings working properly and to put my ovulation cycle back on track.
