Saggy boobs and tight bra straps?

I'm curious to know if anyone feels the same, does alike ...since the kids, and weight loss my boobs are VERY saggy, they sit so low on my rib cage that i over tighten my bra straps lately to keep them in a ordinary position. I have red marks on my shoulders and can't wear any nice summer tops...Any suggestions to relieve! Surgery out of the question.

Answers:    Firstly you should get professionally measured to find out your bra size. Buy a pious quality bra you can get some really nice pad bras which shape your boobs better and make them less saggy looking..
What you are describing is if truth be told very common. 80% of women wear the wrong size bra, and the most adjectives mistake is to wear too big a band, and too small a cup. The way that bras work is to support the cups using the tautness of the band to hold them in place. Your bra will simply support you adequately if the band is a snug fit - the shoulder straps solely provide secondary support. The band should be horizontal adjectives the way around - if it's riding up at the back, even by a tiny amount, afterwards you need a smaller band size.

Cup sizes are surrounded by proportion to the band size, so when you go down a tie size you will need to go up a cup lately to remain the same cup volume. For example, if you are currently wearing a 38C, you should try a 36D, 34DD or 32E (US cup sizes may vary, those are UK cup sizes.)
Then once you hold established the band size, you can change the cup size if requisite. Using the same example again, you might end up contained by a 34E or 32F.

there isn't much you can do really. That is ordinary for a women, and the only thing i can assume of that will remove the skin is surgery, which always has risks and could disfigure you..

Get a proper bra fitting and use a push-up bra with padding to bring the breast up surrounded by place. hahaha et them loose nothin better than seen a woman kneeing here boobs along down the road as she walks hehehe
