I'm going to take my younger sister bra shopping. I'm not sure what her bra size is. We're going to Ross to buy her bras (because they're very nice, and the most affordable.) So please don't say-so "get a professional personal to measure her." Just enlighten me what you think it is.

rib cage: 28 inches
fullest slice: 31 and a half inches

Well I'm not sure what size those measurements are past its sell-by date the top of my head, but what you can do is stop by Victoria's Secret (you don't have to buy anything), and one of the store clerks will be glad to standard your sister for free, and tell you what size she is.
Otherwise, the best thing to do is try a couple of sizes, and find what fits best. When finding a bra, you enjoy to make sure you pay attention to how tight it fits around the bottom and vertebrae, that's really important. Her bra size would be 32AA according to this:

ok i just messured myself and if she is 31 1/2 inches around her boobs consequently she should be a b almost c and im like 411/2 inches around my boobs with out a bra on 32AA
