Just to agree to you know, you can buy enemas over the counter at the drug store. When you get an enema, they put a tube in your rectum and allow dampen to flow into your intestines, to help relieve constipation. You are supposed to hold it as long as you can, as that helps it work better. It doesn't hurt, and if you are constipated, you will perceive a whole lot better afterwards. well, theres different types of enemas, but here all pretty much the same process.
its close to a little tube that they stick about 2-3 inches into your bottom and it cleans out your bowels.
it is considerable to get one if your having problem though because if you dont it could support up into your intestines and cause you to get realy sick.
ive never instinctively had one so im not sure what it feels approaching, but they dont stick it too far in so i dont think it would necessarily hurt..

It is a small 4.5oz disposable with a short nozzle. Have your mother pick one up for you at the drug store, at, 14 you are dated enough to take it yourself. Just follow the directions on the box. The solitary thing that hurts about an enema is your pride. An enima is when the doctor sticks a tube bursting with hot water and soap and shoves it within ur as so it will reach your colon, so all of the back up and old doo doo will come out for good..

well to be to explain this effortlessly they stick a tube up your butt and shoot different liquids into it is not as bad as it sounds it actualy feel kinda good lol stuck a tube with hot wet in your butt o.O
