for the last three days i have have like this really thick discharge... it s resembling (this sounds grosss but) really sticky, a bit like the stuff you cough up if u have the flu/cold. its in the region of the time of my period and i keep on thinking it is my time of year cos its so wet in my panties! what should i do?

Once you start puberty a white and/or clear, non-foul smelling discharge (mucous) is normal. The vagina is self-cleaning. You will also have your own 'scent' (musky) and it will smell stronger to you than to others.
