QUESTION FOR PHYSICAL TRAINERS or anyone who exercises alot?
Can someone give me a good exercise routine to do for substance loss and toning?
i really want to target my thighs, hips, arms, back, and stomach, i want to reduce body chubby, the equipment that i have is an elliptical tool, jump rope, resistance bands, 2lb weights, 6lb weights, exercise bubble, and i have the whole tae bo amped series (it comes beside 5 different workouts: Jump start cardio, full throttle, fatburn accelerator, one for the abs, and some other one). So could someone arrange this into an exercise schedule for me using this equipment, I just necessitate a little guidance, and to add to it, i've changed my diet up, for 8 days so far i haven't eat any sweets or junk food, or juices, single water, and i have be making better food choices, like eating grilled chicken wraps and a salad, salmon, cheerios, special k, and it is a big switch from eating cheeseburgers, golden grahams, apple jacks, ice cream, doritos, soda, etc, i really want to lose 90lbs, and i want to do it the right approach, so if you cold PLEASE help!

Wow, it sounds like you're doing an AWESOME chore! Just a few pointers (you may already be doing these things, but they helped me):

Keep a food journal and try to stick to a sure amount of calories (I try to keep it between 1300-1500).

Drink a LOT of water, it help flush your system (I drink around 8-10 glasses a day).

Tae-Bo is AWESOME! I love that stuff, the bands be really difficult for me to beginw with, but I can really tell a difference after I use them. Stick next to the program you've devised (eating healthier, exercising, etc...) and you'll be losing weight surrounded by no time! Best of luck!

Wow you are definitely on the right track! I have no experience next to Tae Bo, but I did lose 50 lbs. using the Power 90 program. They use resistance bands, or weights, and cardio, on an alternating schedule. I simply wanted to encourage you, and choice you continued success. Awesome start!
