Answers: Good news: It's almost certainly not cancer. Breast cancer wouldn't present itself as pinkish bumps. That sounds more close to a skin irritation, quite posibly a mild form of acne. Breast Cancer presents as subcataeneous lumps (Under the skin masses) or cysts. .
I wouldn't worry, it does nouns like heat imprudent, or just normal skin bumps..shift to the doctor. At 13 you should be able to book your own appointment tho you should let your mum kno.
Jus shout at her that you're worried, and that shes individual useless n unsupportive, thats what i usd to do lol dont worry... its not breast cance.. cancer its not contagouis and it duz not run in family so dont worry... you wud have to hold fully developed breasts to have cancer in them as powerfully... it will be just acne or something dont worry.. simply keep aasking ur mum.
i think u should try and acquire ur moms attention some how and let her know whats going on and if she ignores u simply tell her how u feel, and if she doesn't listen merely tell ur grandma or someone else u trust. its odd seh would wander away.. ask her to take yo to the doctor because you are worried even if she thinks its nil.

At 13 u should not worry about breast cancer. It might be roast boils and will disappear gradually. so not worry. Apply some antiseptic cream on the spots Sounds approaching heat rash. Breast cancer is usually a interweave or a lump inside your breast not on your skin. .
Sounds like a rash but i would maintain on trying to talk to her about it though.
