Answers: Tampons or no swimming. Or a moon/diva cup.
Or no swimming. You WILL bleed into the water and you WILL contaminate the pool next to your blood.
Why don't you want to wear a tampon? They are an excellent invention. I've been using them since age 11, I'm 34 now, and I prefer them over pad, especially since they are a MUST for swimming..
Nope, I don't think there is any magical entry make your period come on a different light of day, though I wish there be. You are going to have to wear a tampon if you have your length on that day. You can go shopping and capture a few different kinds of tampons to try before the 23rd. I would suggest any Tampax Pearl, or Gentle Glide slender. But remember that you can only wear tampons when you are on your period. reaction to period life. you cant work around it and you will hold to learn to deal next to it and just use a tampon and move on.. nearby is no loophole when it comes to periods. You will have to adopt it( even though it sucks cause you have your comp) and of late learn to deal next to it, everywoman does! Good luck at your competition! hope u win!.
You shouldn't worry. It will come no matter what and you can't do anything to stop it. If you are concerned about wearing a tampon you should ask your mother or a female friend to show you how to use it. It doesn't hurt or anything. You are going to use one some sunshine anyways. Well that kinda sucks. But u really shouldnt worry. You cant eat anything to stop your extent from coming. All you really can do is wear a tampon. Trust me, tampons arent nearly as bad as they seem. I used to enjoy to wear them when I was on the swim team for my arts school..
i no u said u dont want medication, but i was "due on" when i went on a dampen sport holiday, i went to the doctors and he gave me this pill that stops ur length for that desired time... its not a contraceptive but you take it when u dont want a period. resourcefully that sux 4 u, but i really don't think u can do anything besides wearing a tampon..
Just wear a tampon. whats so wrong with tampons? their opening more comfortable and i can c y u dont wanna wear them kuz i felt the same course. but really... they are great things. u can't even tell ur wearing them.
